The excitement of winning caused him to die — but with a smile on his face. Friends in his Irish village learn about this turn of luck. Knowing him to have been a good and generous man with no relatives, they decided he would have wanted them to have his prize. A plot to impersonate the winner and claim his ticket brings twists and turns to this occasionally dark comedy set in rural Ireland. (91 min.)
