As I was watching “Clerks”, conversations I heard or participated in when hanging out at the comic book store kept coming to mind: bookish dialogue by underpaid people like me who were eking out a week-to-week living. Well-worth watching once, but it’s doubtful I ever will again. Go ahead, join the club; just don’t bring the kids.
BTW, be sure to watch the alternative ending in the bonus material. It’s pretty good but I understand why they cut the film when they did. Skip the rest of the add-ons. (92 min.)
